WHAT ARE S.M.A.R.T GOALS?
SPECIFIC
Every goal you set must be very specific, clear, and concise.
MEASURABLE
Every goal you set must have some measurable aspect to it.
ATTAINABLE
Every goal should require you to take action whether physically or mentally.
REALISTIC
As we mentioned before your goals need to be realistic.
TIMELY
All goals need to have a deadline, some sort of time frame to ensure you’re doing everything you can to reach your target.

PLAN goals from the top-down:
